Description Premium membership trade for *CSINorman of their beautiful kitty flying away to heaven. Exchange for a three month premium to DA. I hope I got most of the details right - I know the paws have spots. . they looked too flat without them. The fur is also medium length, that is just a style thing though, all my fur looks fluffeh.

I hope you like it! Please note me your address so I can get it shipped too! Also, the wings, collar, halo and glowing bubble things sparkle in real life



Materials: prismacolor markers, colored pencils, watercolors and gel pens on bristol paper.

Yes, I see what you mean with the wings. And the feathers aren't laid out quite right. Hehe, hopefully they will look a little more natural with some practice! Thanks for pointing that out though

You are welcome Yah, that's what I wanted to say too You can practice some wing drawings, that would help, observe the wings from bird pictures and try to draw them. That helped me with my wings.

Gorgeous. The flitting pose is angelic and light, like she's actually floating :'D. The halo and yellow accents are a great touch too.

That background is TO DIE FOR. Gorgeously done! I also love the yellow light on the wings and fur. And those primary feathers are beautiful! It actually reminds me of a piece `PearlEden did(which I actually own the original and treasure so much!) [link] or also possibly [link] . I dunno. It just has that look.

Ha ha, yup I do. That's just what my mind jumped to.

`PearlEden is my biggest inspiration, too, and favorite artist. Always. Dear gosh, I want to commission her so badly. That commission you have is lovely. Heaven knows I lack the funding, though. But a few commissions have started to roll in, so if I can just create that commission contract, and get those commissions going, maybe I'll be able to have enough to commission her. Eventually.

Oh my goodness, now that is amazing! Another long comment, so get ready.
First of all, I freaking love the position you have come up with here. I love it so much. It matches the cat that's going to heaven in the sky.
Second, I think you did an awesome job at the background. Making it blue, and not black, makes the character stand out of the picture, making it the main thing of the drawing. I like the yellow bubbly things, too. Excellent job with the background! ^^
Third, I love how you did the fur. I'm guessing you colored the character all black with marker and put in the details in with colored pencil? I do that, too lol. XD I love how you even put shading on almost each piece of fur. It makes the light source more visible. Great job with the shading!
Of course, there is always room for improvements. One thing that kind of bothers me a bit is the white fur on the far left of the cat. I'm guessing it's a highlight, so you probbaly should've made it a little dimmer. That's just me. XD Second, the anatomy of the wings is a bit off (I'm probably sure you know that ).
But otherwise, beuatiful job with this drawing! Keep up the amazing work!

Yes, you guessed right. I colored her with grey marker and then over the top with lines of black colored pencil for the fur rendering. I also shaded with white colored pencil and forgot that the cat was supposed to have white fur on her chest -.- hence the gel pen having to go over the top. . .

The wings on this one were also intentionally stylized. Wing anatomy is stupid anyways though xDDDDDD jk.
