It actually saw its portrait in Stephen Jay Gould's The Book of Life, and was understandably upset at being portrayed as a shaggy Pelorovis

 That is one distinctly-grumpy looking bovid - it looks rather as though it were preparing to hunt down & trample something that had just tried to eat its young!

If it were as militantly aggressive as the modern day African buffalo, I wouldn't be surprised one bit.
