It is very cute, however it feels kind of slow to me. It might be the high angle or the design of the box cars, but the picture doesn't feel like its moving fast.
Still, you're characters are always cute and I love your stuff

I can see this in a children book..... 
...If you were trying to tell a story, this image would have been able to do it better than words: The picture is clean, and soft colored, but amazingly detailed: You could even try to guess what's each one of the characters thinking, and due to the perspective you chose, it's easy even to guess what's going to happen next.... And every little detail at the image is worth the time to see it *points at the "I

Wow, what a great consept. The picture is extremely funny and adorable at the same time. What really makes this picture work however is the coloring which is fabulous. The only way you can describe it being soft and almost dreamlike. Great work!
