You must use TetraFolding Pow2 this time. You can add a 3D or 3Da formula if you wish so and add as
many _ads as you may consider or just. You cannot add any 4D or dIFS formulas.
No particular order for the formulas.
Julia, reflects, Dof etc are optional.

I ran out of time for this one so I had to do my DOF manually, using the Zbuffer as a blur-map... not perfect, but in a pinch it kinda feels like 'dof'... if you close one eye and squint, while standing on your head
Also slight masking of highlight areas in photoshop. I really wanted to do that with lights, then re-render, but again, this bugger took over an hour to render so I ran out of time.
