how does papyrus know about determination and resets i mean you could and made the phantom sans tell him or just say he had a feeling idk

We actually don't know how much the knowledge about determination papyrus has.
And in dustbelief, Paps begun to feel the human's power of determination more and more. Also sans's phantom explain to him what was this feel. it was... like in the previous pages.
