Chicanery has a place in the Eggman Empire! Introducing the mad and beautiful mechanic, Waluigi!

So this is Waluigi decked out in Eggman Empire garb after being taken under the wing of the devious mad scientist, Dr. Ivo Robotnik. I can imagine him trying to hone Waluigi's skills since he has a skill level unmatched and is a diamond in the rough, so naturally Ivo sees potential in a man who has smarts and wiles that can rival his own (and not only that Orbot has been like haranguing him to get some good friends. Wario can only be so much with slugging back beers and growling about the state of videogames.)

Took me 4 days and I originally did thicker lineart for this (which I'll upload in another post) because I had a different idea of shading this in mind, but then I went 'why the hell not' and decided to see if I could do a 'lineless' colored type. I think this worked.
