They're a special, somewhat magical species of moth/butterfly. They're pretty neat.

I think you're already very well on your way, from what I've seen.
In fact, I honestly wish I had some of your conceptualizing skills! Holy crap cakes!

I become way too intimidated by the idea of finishing such vast ideas... it's something I honestly need to work on!

Oh, thank you so much! I started hesitantly working with some OCs a long time ago and when I had one they just automatically started generating their own stories. Excidium is really my pet project. I love working on it even though I have no idea how I'll end up telling the full story because it's based as a game project. I've always been best at drawing monsters though, so I usually draw characters because I know I can draw the monsters when I need to. Heiavian is definitely my coolest creation even though I've only drawn him twice.

I have... been creating things - characters, stories, music - basically since I myself was created. Hahaha!
Having stories just come to you is such a beautiful thing. I can understand that.  
I can also understand what it feels like to struggle with a story set up like a game. Haha!

Sometimes, I think a good way to adapt is to offer options, if one of the issues is the story being interactive...

Kind of like this:
"So-and-so approaches two doors. Which door do they open?"
A) Right Door - turn to page ___
B) Left Door - turn to page ___

That's what I keep in mind with the pieces of story I have that come off more game-like to me, anyway.
Everything else is... yeah. Your guess is as good as mine.

I absolutely adore their designs... I really do.
I kind of have a weakness for birds of prey, particularly eagles, falcons and whatnot... and dragons... I love the design of their heads/faces for this reason along with how dark and foreboding they all look to be.

Ah, well the problem I have with the game concept thing is more that I imagine it as a game and design it that way, but actually making said game is effectively not going to happen, so I need to think of some other format I might want to make some day. For now, the skits I write are the only thing detailing any event in the story, and that's only bits and pieces of it. XD

Oh yes. Hawk/eagle heads look cool on anything. My character Zephyr sort of has an Eagle head.

Oh, I see... I still totally get that too. I remember doing that in my high school days.
I even remember setting up my own button mapping for a Playstation controller... hahaha!

It's funny how time can change things so much, though...
Back then, I couldn't imagine Anon any other way, but now, I actually feel it's better told as a story.
I'd love to see it animated - as everyone would love to see their work animated - but hey, let's be realistic.  
I'm-a definitely have to settle for designing a comic or something of the like and wish for the best, after that...

I do still write/create music in video game OST format, though...

Skits are the bomb diggity! Character interaction like that can inadvertently speak volumes, in the long run.
All pun intended...

Time for me to find out who Zephyr is, then...

Yeah, skits are also time independent, which is what makes them so brilliant. You could have a loud sound outside and then in the 5 steps it takes to get there, have a skit with characters going 'waht was that?' and still have it make sense. If there's one thing that's worth seeing in every Tales game, it's the skits. XD

Oh yes, I recently updated him a bit. He hasn't changed, but I got a much better drawing of him at least.

Gah! In the past, I lived for the skits... I'd explore every inch of a map and area and interact with things not to necessarily find cool stuff... but just to see if I could trigger some more skits... hahaha!

His design faintly - very faintly - reminds me a bit of a Chozo (from Metroid.)
I'm also a huge fan of alien-like things.
I love aliens...
I also love Aliens (Xenomorph aliens!)
Awesome design. So far, I instantly like everything about him - including his description/backstory.
