Yeah I know he's red, I dunno why either O_O Kept causing me to call it a fox
But I know they don't have the same features, just similarities. Beats me why the pup is red... My scanner butchered the bright/brilliant oranges 
Anyyyywaaay I felt inspired to do another colour piece and I had this reference picture and it was just too cute to ignore, my sketch took me aboot 15mins, and the wolf took me 3 hours to colour, I'm still new at this
Btw, I don't recommend colouring huge chunks like in the picture black, it takes FOREVER to get it dark enough like an hour with msn and tv in between.... I probably chat and watch tv too much, heh.I'm sort of 'so-so' with the foreground, it would've looked terrible if I'd attempted to put all the sticks in there so I opted for colour blocking and randomness, turned out ok ^^ Might revisit it...
I'm so proud of this one
Probably one of the best things I've ever drawn (mind you that really only counts artworks of this year and last since that's when I started drastically improving and wot not 
) But I want it framed ^^ i asked if we could frame it and mum gave a "maybe" 
Total Time Taken: 5-8 hours (again watching tv and chatting on msn in between heh)

this is a well done wolf pup. i would suggest you crop away the spiral ring binding on the left hand side. that will make the image so much more professional looking.

Aww... beautiful! i like how you have coloured him... I hate colouring my drawing's these days.. i find i can never find the right colours so i go grayscale. lol

Mm, I had that same problem =\ I don't really like Colour Pencils, I prefer pastel because they're much easier to blend and you can easily lift it off with a putty eraser or draw over it if you get the wrong colour. It's much easier for learning what base colours, mixed together, will produce what
