Hello there ,I am from .i am here to go over the good , what needs work ,and how you can add upon it.
The good:
This looks really lovely. I adore floral paintings , especially when someone takes the time to paint the details in the flowers.Β You took the time to sea she individual ridges. And even some parts of the veins in most of the petals. I like that you drew the center with detail as well.the flowers appear to be drawn in a more realistic sense which I like. The paint splatters add a nice look too it , it being a nice contrast to the realistic flowers. Correct me if I am wrong but the flowers look like some form of cosmos. They remind me of chocolate cosmos too. I don't know if a breed of cosmos that is blue but after viewing this I wish I could have some. Blue is a very soothing color and I like that you used them in a monochromatic color palette. Blue has many shades so it works even more because you got many of them here. The values are good , I really like how you went about the shading here. The lighting is nice and you can see the direction it is coming from. I am not sure what type of paint you used for this , watercolor are a favorite medium of mine , acrylic perhaps? Either way , you were able to get actually nice piece.
What needs work:
I do not have much to suggest. While I do wish you added a bit more to the flowers , like some blue grass or some leaves here and there. Correct me if I am wrong but this appears to be a photo rather than scanned right. If it is a photo , I would also go to a place with better lighting. I find that when o take a photo of something ,it is best to take it mid morning to mid-afternoon. The white light from the sun creates more even lighting and the details in your pic show up better. I naive daylight bulb will help as well of a sun isn't out at the time. That said , you have an excellent camera with what you could achieve here. I sometimes use a camera for my work and these tips tends to help me.
Overall:
This piece makes me feel calm. I love the detailed flowers and the blue hues. Do tell me what kind of paint used though,i am always curious of what was used to make a work. I hope this was helpful.Β Keep up the excellent work.
