Description
614 - Gunner - Designed to make all weapons go haywire. If 614 is close enough to wrap his tentacles around them, dart guns will fire backwards, plasma turns to jelly, and even ship cannons explode. Though 614 was designed to sabotage projectile devices, Jumba was always disappointed that when the devices were ruined they didn’t cause damage to the people using them. For example, darts firing backwards wound up just being funny, and cannons didn’t explode in fire and shrapnel, but harmless dust. In addition, his abilities don’t work on Experiments that are programmed to fire things, such as Plasmoid, Heat, Splodyhead or Yang. Lilo and Stitch found him a One True Place lingering around Jumba and Pleakley’s ship, disabling cannons at their Bed and Not Breakfast.

Here’s Gunner! Unlike my other Experiment designs, Gunner isn’t very chummy with his cousins and will outright bully the ones he can’t effect, like Link and Splodyhead. He’ll frequently prank Slugger by sabotaging the pitching machine at the baseball field. This is because Gunner is very proud of his function and thinks of ruined weapons as works of art. Pleakley gave him his artist’s hat (from the Angel episode.)

I don’t know...I think I tried to do too much with this one. I wanted tentacles, but I also wanted him to have 600-series characteristics like Woops, Stitch, and Angel...he’s also got markings on his arms similar to the markings on blasters in the series...then he’s got that hat...blah. Let me know what you guys think.
