This is terrific; good evocation of starvation, emotional or physical.

this is a very good photo. technique is nice, but always secondary to emotional impact. you have ideas and an eye; you're ahead of most.

This is melancholy and subtle... I like how minimalistic the picture is yet it conveys a feeling. It's odd to see a black-and-white picture of tulips though, as they are so colorful. What colour are they?

The tulips were red with yellow, but you can't see different shades in they black and white photo. I thought that color doesn't match their sadness.

I understand... in any case, it's a beautiful picture. I have had sad times too. But hey, you can write to me about it if it helps.

Surprisingly, today they came back to life, so they were faster than me; now they look like an S, curved downwards and then up.
On the other hand, a day o sadness in their life is equal to 10 years of ours..

Wow that's neat that they came back to life! Sometimes, even when we are facing downwards, we can still absorb some sunshine, as the light reflects off of the water.

They remind me of ballet dancers feet when stood on point...
Lovely image.

I typically stay in a state of doubt unless/until I find someone with whom I feel I can let my guard down.
