hey, dd,...thanks much, you know I like this one best also of many done recently. Everytime I look at it, it still seems fresh. I did not take very much time to throw it together like some things can. I think that's a good sign.

I am currently doing an abstract painting based on a photograph taken standing at the base of a large old tree looking straight up. I wonder if you would like the results of taking one of these architecturally based photographs and, instead of incorporating the actual photo, did some digital conjuring and used imagery that mimiced the photo but held a still digitally created aesthetic.
This is a very good piece of work, methinks! The areas in the lower left and up the center are extremely strong!

Perhaps sometime this summer I will submit some visual art. I have only a few slides, but this summer I expect to devote some considerable time to making quality slides and digital images of a lot of work.
