So last night I decided to attempt to do one o' them trendy creepy pony things.

I'm going to refuse to call this kinda thing "zalgo" because #1, it's clearly a Lovecraft knockoff meme, despite claims to the contrary; #2, the original "zalgo" shit was pretty much half-assed rubbish, while the newer good stuff by other people is just plain old Lovecraft; #8, Dave Kelly does way too many drugs; and #muffin, I can't count.

You can count just fine! That's exactly how you count to muffin!

So anyway, I'ma call this an eldritch pony, because that's what it is. That's also part of the story behind the title! I was abbreviating "My Little Eldritch Pony" as "mlep.xcf" in the file name, and I suddenly realized that "mlep" is a perfect onomatopoeia for mouth-tentacles flopping out when you try to talk. Mleppthhbpbthbbbt.

I'm also considering trying to write tiny little vignettes for most of my pics. Might as well get some writing practice in.

What do you guys think of the eye sockets? I discovered that effect pretty much entirely by accident, but I think it works for this kinda thing.

And hm, I doubt this needs a mature tag. Hopefully.
