Description
In my last project I tried adding a smile morph, but ended up with something I had to scale down as it didn't look natural. So I decided to start a new project with focus on getting the smile right. The head is a HD head scan from 3dscanstore which I modified in Zbrush. The smile morph was sculpted there as a separate layer. I used FaceApp generated smile as a reference, but later in the pipeline I realized the smile needs to be studied from multiple angles to get it right. Fortunately I found some 3d scans with a smile expression on Sketchfab which could be used as a reference. Interestingly the smile morph looks natural even on the original head 3D scan when disabling my other edits, so it sounds like the morph can be reused on my other projects later.
