Here's one of the last mini top hats I've made. This copper filigree fabric is so gorgeous, it's a pity I'm running out of it...

This little wonder features black lace trim, several brown ribbon flowers, two golden filigree metal beads and a matcihng button, a peacock tail feather, a peacock wing feather and other three rooster feathers (black with green shine, and two brown and cream ones), a pretty hand bent golden wire ornament and some black net at the back. An elastic has been attached to the surface to fit any head size and get that ultimate inclination.
