Why is it that they make the trailer for Bayonetta look so good when the game doesn't? I'm talking about the realistic effect they gave to the angel's damage when Bayo kicks their poor asses.

I don't get what you mean. The effect is there. When you beat angels up, their muscle tissues and, well, bodies, are visible.
