I like the black and white version because it's quite classic here, I have to say, though it could do with a bit more brightness, perhaps, and it wouldn't hurt to crop this into a square either, maybe?

I like the shallow depth of field and the way this feels like a film piece with the quality, noise and more. It's interesting how you've shot this in terms of the location and execution in general and.. yeah, it's an awesome piece overall, I think. There is a lot of depth and atmosphere to it. o.O

Perhaps you could rotate this too.

I like the composition! I agree with the black and white (though I guess I should see it in color to compare). If you want to experiment a little, I suggest increasing the contrast, if you have Photoshop or GIMP. It'll make that white (or whatever color that's suppose to be) of the flower pop out
