WORK IN PROGRESS I started this back in March. I stopped working on it when my computer crashed back in April. I was inspired to draw these beautiful dolphins by my time working as a marine mammal intern for the Shedd Aquarium.Some photo references used to assist with dolphin poses, but overall composition and idea came from my head.

Looking so wonderful still, I really hope you can come around finishing it some day! As Ebony said, a change from side shots everywhere would do the painting good. After all, how could we see animals below and above our viewpoint exactly from the side? The jumping dolphins all seem a bit lost in the air. It might be due to the lack of a splash, but also the 'perfect' positioning of all of them being loose from each other rather than really overlapping much makes it seem a bit unnatural. Can't wait to see this finished some day!

Well perhaps you could play around with the composition and sizing a bit more, as it seems... unrealistic. You should alter the angles that the dolphins are jumping from so it changes the usual side view that I am also guilty of doing
