First, I love how detailed her face is and how it draws your eye, but my eye keeps getting pulled to her collar bone. The contrast just makes it pop. I think it also continues to far out into her shoulder. So basically, her collar bone is distracting.
The other thing is that the shadow on the side of the piano, under her elbows seems too crisp. everything else gets fuzzy the farther it is from her face, but that doesn't. Maybe you had a reason. Maybe not.
I feel strange critiquing, cause I could never make something this beautiful...

hm.. i have such collar bone and yep, it pops out in pose like that O.o
you know if you don't eat everithing that moves around you, your collar bone is visible. aha.

haha although i DO eat everything that moves near me, i'm pretty fricken skinny! maybe men's collarbones are just different... or i'm just weird... probably the latter...
