Why is it that every one has so much trouble when it comes to the placement of the freaking horn.

I'm aware it isn't correctly placed, but you really didn't have to word it so harshly. A simple "The horns placement is off." would have sufficed.
And if you're legitimately curious, then perhaps it's because some people aren't accustomed to drawing such long protruding objects, I don't really know. I know I'm bad at it.

im sorry i wasnt really in a good mood. i was actually just asking the question. why is it so hard for some people. the picture looks awesome its just im confused as to how someone can draw everything properly but when it comes to the placment of the horn they don't get it right.

I think it still needs to be angled more. Also, make the patch of hairwhere her horn used to be a solid colour (I don't know if you were intending on keeping those white lines there or not, but they shouldn't be there)
What is it on her head right about her horn? It looks like... 3 bubbles?
Anyway I played around with mine in paint some more for ya.

Actually those weren't in my body color layer, those are little strips of highlights for the mane itself, they're all over the mane. Not remnants from where I changed it.
And yes, that's the characters design, the 'bubbles.' Unless you mean the little glow-ish dots everywhere, in which case they're just for effect.

Other than that, the little pink line that shows where the ear is parting her mane should be a little shorter, as well as the base of the horn. The line that descends between her eyes goes a little too low I think so you could just erase a bit of that.
I think that's all I can point out for improvement! Still think the horn should be angled forward a little more though.

Okay no not 45 degrees. More like 60 degrees. Maybe even higher. I'm not really an artist at all but I could play around with it in paint XD

Angle it to like, 45 degrees and move it just to the edge of her mane, but on her skin/forehead. Make sure its origin is placed somewhere between the eyes so its around the middle of her forehead.
