I love the dress you chose for her, it makes her look really beautiful. In the background, you heighten the proof of her sorrow and depression with the darkness and the blue aura. But the white in the picture leads me to believe that even in the deepest of darkness there is always a light. Very beautiful!

Hey, I know this pic! It was really clever of you to turn her into Saturn! You should probably post a link to the pic you got the inspiration from, though, just to make sure nobody starts saying "LYK OMFG YOO STOLED IT WAT!" Lovely pic!

Thank you. You know, I even don't have any links. I just found this pic on Google, it was black & white & there was a character from another anime in it, if I'm not mistaken. So I just thought it would be good to paint Hotaru in this way. Actually, almost all of my SailorSenshi are painted like this. I used to find some pictures on the net or in advertisemens, sometimes I even copied famous 19th century artists' pictures, so I copied the background, but instead of the people, which were in the pictures or photos I painted Senshi. However now I don't copy any longer & use my own ideas.

Oh, thank you. Hotaru is always sad, even when she smiles her smile is sad. The burden she carries is too heavy. So I painted the Angel of Destruction with sad eyes.
