Phew I'm exhausted U_U Just as I finished the lineart we had a power outage because of a thunderstorm and I had to start all over again because i had forgotten to save it -.- ^_^
Anyway hope you like the outcome!

You're welcome! Basically for Hotaru I go by this with her something elegant and beautiful but also simple. She likes simple things you can tell by what she wears in S and Stars without a doubt. The jewelry and tiara for her royalty form you can get a little more detailed with it give it a more regal look.

There are several ways to look at her. I say elegant and beautiful because of her princess dress style. That's what I always do is turn to the anime for their fashion style because you always see them in different styles.

Hehe, I have had that happened to me so much and I still end up making the same mistake with power outages.
Anyways, I love this design! I really love the touch of the wings and the open areas of the dress. Also the design of the tiara is a very nice touch. Lovely work and good luck in the contest!

A long time ago I had started working on a line art that I had doodled out during Law Class. I took it home and scanned it into the computer and started fleshing out the details, unfortunately I had a bladder infection and the medication I was taking kept making me go to the washroom, pushing out the infectious materials that were collecting in the bladder. I left the computer with the line art intact and saved at the point I was working on to use the washroom,after using the washroom and jotting down the info on the sheet the doctor gave me, I returned and the screen was blue with 'ERROR! SYSTEM FAILURE! DUMPING PHYSICAL MEMORY!' and I thought 'Oh CRAP! NO! MY LINE ART! MY SCHOOL WORK! WHO SCREWED WITH MY COMPUTER?! MOM! DAD! ONE OF THE GIRLS CRASHED MY COMPUTER AGAIN!' It seemed no matter how many times I told my sisters to leave my computers alone, they just had to go tamper with them and cause them to crash, that was until my dad told them that if they broke one more computer that belonged to me, they'd forfeit their allowances until there was enough money to buy me a new one.

I'm in my 20's! I got a break years ago when I turned 18,moved out and into my first bungalow for only $89,900! My grandma paid for it so I still own it rightfully. A few days ago, I went there to do some painting and get rid of the old furniture and found Real Estate Agents showing it to a couple who were very interested in buying it. Just as I walked in the door the Agent turns and says 'EXCUSE ME! I'm in the midst of showing some clients this bungalow! Please leave now! This property is in free hold!' I'm standing there and just as snootily as he'd spoken to me I said 'Terribly sorry but this bungalow isn't on the market! It never has been! I OWN this bungalow right out! I don't recall ever putting it up for sale or putting it in any listings so WHY are you here trying to sell MY property? My BROTHER lives here! Just because he's out of town for a few months doesn't mean this place isn't being lived in! I have family living here! Now I suggest you leave now,take your lock box and sign with you before I call the police and remove my property from the MLS site NOW or I sue!' I never seen so many people run for the door so fast in all my life! I get so sick and tired of Real Estate Agents trying to sell my kitschy little bungalow all because my brother's out of town for a few months and the house is empty. Just because he's out of town with his family at Disney World doesn't mean no one's home! Grandma lives there during the summer because of the A/C.
