Description
I just thought I would share some of the "painting" trainings I've been doing this spring. It was a mix between a time-limit challenge and portraits, because I can't draw fast and I can never draw a proper portrait to save my life and I'd really like to change that.
With animals it was really just "let's see what can I do in 20 minutes" while grabbing a random photo. (The blue snake was an exception, I really liked it so I've spent some more time on it.)
Same story with landskapes, roughly a 30 minutes of color splashing. Here I just wanted to try out using a bit more vivid colors, than in what I usually do.
Portraits... Human faces are hard. No big surprise. Each one took about 2h or so, I believe? They might not really look like the ones in photos but for now I'm just glad they look human, more or less, haha.
And some sketches, becaus that empty space bothered me :I

That is a pretty blue snake you drew but I surprising love just as much as the black and yellow salamander.
Favourite of the landscape the sunset one. I probably already explained it to you in a note but I just love those colours.
The humans are very good looking humans personal favourite the old Arabian person.
And we end on Dragons as expected. One Dragon is having a conversation, the other is looking for his cave keys and the third one is about to roast some poor fool because he ate the last slice of pizza.
Also that not a empty space it's a albino muppet claw pose so perfectly still that it hides in the background www.youtube.com/watch?v=wfs8-UâŚ

Haha, glad to hear that.
I also like them, but usually I'm rather reluctant when it comes to using such... vivid colors. Though it wasn't as scary as I thought it would be, so maybe it's time to finally start working with them a bit more.
Thank you! He was the most challenging in fact, yet the most fun to draw.
Never eat the last slice of pizza when your friend is a dragon. Never.
Pffft, that was some really informative movie! Especially the part about Neo punch.
