Another picture of the wonderful Lia, kindly given to me by NickWeb on [link]
I used a square hard brush, scattering etc applied, and then used a hide-all mask to reveal the pixellated pciture. I also used about 30 layers with of bits of Lia 'chopped off' to give the overall effect of bits of her flying out. the effect of motion is a radial blur and motion blur. The background has been texturised. I'll put a full tutorial here at some point soon www.youtube.com/anteart.
