As soon as I see that word a beat starts pumping in my mind.. dadum dum dum dum dadum dum dum dum. The reflection of the word in the dial adds a bit of a lilting high melody.. deebadee doo doo deebadee. The un-focus towards the edges of the frame bring in the drifting synths.. zeeeaaaaaooouuussshhhzhzhhzh. The rough surface picks up the distortion.. dzghzhzh dzghzhz. And the white spokes are the notes of the bass girl's song.. "Pump up the volume."

You've taken me to my happy place anson

cut the midrange, drop the bass.

i'm not that fond of the blurred part on both sides of the shot.
nice angle though.

To be honest, I'm not really fond of the lack of depth of field either. As you can see, I shot this at F-29 - trying to squeez as much DOF as I could. If I went further, I was begining to get noise because I'd have to leave the CCD exposing for so long. I guess I just need more light - suggestions?

yeah i noticed the extreme f number.
yeah well. shitloads of light from mellow spots..
dunno much about your camera though, the smoothest way to do something like similar would be to use a expander ring to double the focal length and have more distance to the object.
or simply have more distance to the object and just crop out the button.it's a 6mp camera, right?
