Not that day! I did loads of baking yesterday and stuck some in the freezer as well, so will keep them happy for a while! How is your drawing coming along?

I had been working on a large portrait of Tim Roth (for many hours) but think I shall give it up as a bad job. I'm not happy with how it is looking.
I've been given some tips and advice from from another DA member (greyscale36 [link] ) on how to use charcoal powder and graphite powder with a paintbrush so I need to give that a go.
I have also been helping Hannah with a few projects for DA but mostly have found having the kids off school too much of a distraction - roll on September!!

I bet you are being too harsh with yourself about the Tim Roth portrait. I can't imagine you producing anything that other people won't think is brilliant!
I look forward to seeing Hannah's new projects! The school holidays do get easier as they get older...I've hardly seen mine for weeks..they just appear to get fed and get lifts to places!
