This slogan (People and army are as one) was used only by Red Army after 1917 Revolution, and never was used in Czar Army!!! But, as I can see officers on the picture are from Czar Army.

So, as soon as you see an ignorant person on the internet, you assume he's American? Pity.

No, of course not! I like Americans. I know many stupid and pity people from my country as well, for example. And in any nation you can find a pity.
I think you are a very good person and have a big talent. I just made some comments in your galery, that's all.

Well I don't know! Your people had a very harsh history, maybe with time, you just got good at it.

Its more of a tragic history than a harsh history. And we tend to refute the tragedy and replace it by idolizing old times. It's misunderstood.

What I like the most about this drawing is how it looks a bit as though it were a paper cut out. Or those serial bars on a food product. (I DON'T KNOW WHY, IT JUST REMINDS ME OF THAT.)
I also like your choice of colours, the red really contrasts with the... Blue/black. (Whatever colour it is. :/) And it also stands out clearly from the background.
Another think I like is how you drew the men. I like the beard on the one at the far left, and I like how you drew their eyes. You can tell they're feeling miserable.
All in all, I think you drew this extremely well.
PS: I like the hats.

Only thing: I prefer the one of the right than the left one (in the red and black presentation).
Lines mean shapes (something really simple and with form), and the right ones are more simplistic and show exactly what you want (thatΒ΄s why sence always rocks).
But the ones on the left have a little effect of gradients on the shading and make it looks more complex and maybe outside of pure shapes.
But like I said, is only my preference, and I always try (in my stuffs) make it as more simple but complete as posible, is a good but quiet expensive technique.
At last, you always nail right on these stuffs.

I really love the style that this came out in. I think the lines effect makes it unique, and the use of just the one additional color really brings it out and adds a nice touch. As always, I love your detail.
