She wasn't in an episode, she's just the original version of Pinkie Pie.

When you're drawing your stuff, it helps to use dA's background color as a background color while drawing. That way, you avoid making your colors seem messed up when you put it on dA (hoping that's the issue you have here).

Or, you could avoid a transparent background altogether and use a colored one.

The issue fixed itself at some point or other. The image is still transparent, now with no issues. Thanks anyway~
