A Wyvern. Just a quick practice piece for the card game, which I am a partner in illustrating. I'll let you all now when it's on the shelves

a powerful piece. great angles once again, the wyvern is a favourite beast of mine, not as colossal and grand as the dragon, but haunting and graceful in its own way. good job.

Nice piece, even for a quickie. I especially like the emphasis and placement of the pectoral muscles and shoulders. Some people draw the Wyverns by making it look like a human with wings in placement or they place them to high. The chest is very deep and the muscles suporting the wing structure are fairly believable. If you plan on doing more like this I sugest a few animal anatomy books, look at bats and birds.
The sepia coloring and over all feel makes me think its a female during a mating season or protecting her eggs. Nice Work. Note me if you'd like to trade some time.

I just love the head and you draw the veins pretty well on the wings but shouldnβt they be darker not lighter and the clouds are a bit dole, the three is a bit chunky too
But youβve got an awesome seen here the way you shade is really the best
