I like the colouring that you did on it. The shortness of the neck and some of the body bugs me though....you could make the tail longer, so that the dragon would look more elegant and graceful. And I think you could have gave him some legs/arms, how else is he ever gonna land? He can't be a flying snake.
I like the starry sky you put in, though, the clouds (?) don't look fluffy enough, they appear 2-dimensional. You could have shaded them to look more 3D.
Other than that, I think its pretty good overall. The lightsource is very correct, and I like the detailing. ^_^
