My dearest Keyo and most loyal minion, doest thou remember a promise made to you to draw your character for you? Here he doth stand before thee in all his colored glory

(I just finished watching "A Knights Tale" can you tell )

I offered to draw 's character...it must have been over a year ago now...and this is me just finishing him now.

The drawing and basic colors have been finished for months, I just had to go back, shove some shadows in and do a background...then I forgot to go back and he stared at me forlornly from the folder where I keep everything I'm working on from then on.

Today (well yesterday now, it's after 3am) I decided enough was enough and three films later he is complete. It seems the later at night it gets the more inclined I am to work.

I'm sorry for the length of time this took but I hope he was worth it. I hope you don't mind the simplistic background, but I think it suits him.

I tried to put a pupil in his eye but it wasn't having it. I tried different sizes, colors and positions on the iris and none of them worked so he is devoid of pupil, it's not a mistake, it's intentional, I hope you don't mind.

Might I just add...I am very very proud of myself for this. Looking at the back of my gallery (don't do it, it's horrific) and comparing it with the drawings in my notebooks these days...damn I am proud of myself...and inspired.
