Anubis, Dark Warlord of cruelty of Ronin Warriors.finally colored. i had done a cell-shadey version almost right after i posted the lineart but i thought it looked too simplistic so i vectored it up. hopefully it turned out alright?
pen and sharpie colored in photoshop with the pen-tool in 86 layers

Anubis's armor was one of m y favorites of the Dark Warlord's, he always had the evil Ninja Master look to him, the only negative thing i ever had tosay about hi m and Sekmet the Warlod of Venom, was that their na mes came from Egyptian mythology not japanese. But even with that this is one of my favorite villains in the series.

Sh'ten Douji of the Ma-Sho in the original, his attack was Ko Rai Sei, Red Sky Thunder. It was actually a strike that emulated the explosion of life sprouting from the ground in spring, as he represented Spring; the other three Ma-Sho were the other three seasons, while the Samurai Troopers were the five elements (and the five Confucian virtues, while the Ma-Sho had the traditional Samurai virtues)

I'm sorry I didn't comment earlier, but like I said you reminded me of one of my childhood favs and how awesome this show was.
I love the pose you drew him in, the chains of his Kusurigama flying around him really give it the appearance of a still from the show.
