Um, various forms of compulsive self-injury! Clockwise:

Onychophagia - nail biting
Dermatillomania - skin picking
Trichotillomania - hair pulling
and, uh, cutting, which doesn't get a fancy name because I guess technically if you're doing it compulsively would be a form of Dermatillomania?

I am not sure, I am not a psychiatrist. I guess eating your scabs would be Dermatillophagia, except they already use that word for biting your skin without picking it off first. (For my next trick...) All of these compulsions and more can be discussed and possibly managed with the help of your friendly neighbourhood psychiatrist! Or you could do like your mum did when she caught you doing it in kindergarden, and tape all your fingers together and/or cover your whole body with hot sauce.
