Actually, there are a very few anime pairings I like. But their relationship is somewhat special and they aren't a real corny couple. And the girl protects the guy!! Whee~ 
This is the 3rd drawing I did of them.
But this time, I didn't copy it from official pictures. Yay! I used reference, though. I drew it after a fan-sketch I found browsing the net, but I changed it a little. Still, I think I screwed up Riza's uniform... And I did it pretty quickly, so sorry for the messy lines and the lame background. 
Crappy. I know.
I'm experimenting with different styles and colouring methods. I wasn't going to submit this, but then I changed my mind. Anyway, tell me what you think!

I love the bright colors in this as well as the mood. You've portrayed their emotions excellently. Riza looks concerned and comforting and Roy looks like he's in need of some tender, loving, care. So, yes, you're great at conveying moods. ^^
