Name: Philip

Nature: Mild

Characteristics: Often Lost in thought

History: Philip grew up near Lacunosa Town along the village bridge. His parents, a Herdier and a Ivysaur, sold scented candles to Pokemon passing by on their way to and from town. For the most part, Philip enjoyed his simple life in the small town, taking pleasure in listening to music or watching the river. However, he was somewhat lonely, since he didn’t have any friends in such a small area, and his parents were too focus on their work to pay much attention to their only son.
He dreamed of becoming a police officer, a low-maintenance job due to the low crime rates. However, he began wondering if there was more to life than his simple home. He tried asking his parents about places where Pokemon could interact with each other, and found that he had an uncle and cousin living near the Pokepark. He decided to leave, and began a journey across Unova, arriving at his uncle’s house after a while. He wants to make friends, even though he is reserved and tends to set himself apart from any action. He tends to come off as aloof and old-fashioned, but he really tries hard to understand and interact with others. He can be somewhat clumsy, and loses his footing frequently. He admires Lieutenant Wilson greatly and tends to follow him around.

Sleep Powder--He uses this to fall asleep, since his mind is often busy, making it difficult for him to relax.
Tackle
Vine Whip--He uses this to reach items that are far away, or pick himself up when he falls.

Extra Notes:
--He loves collecting things, mainly bottle caps and stamps, but he has a few strange collections as well—such as his acorns, and, of course, candles.
--He speaks in a stiff, exact manner, and has the tendency to correct other to the point of being obnoxious.
-- He likes to wear cardigans, usually of a cool or neutral color. He washes his clothing every day, since it tends to get dirty from his mishaps.
-- When he was seven, he tried learning to play the piano, but found he was no good at it, and decided to stop.
