Practice practice non-stop practice;Portrait without anatomic referance and I tried to learn pastel color value and made love with brushes

I rally like this verry much.
Especiallly her expression and her pose.
The colors compliment it all and suggest her mood is something calm.
Either way, she seems deep in thoughts.
The obly thing I well,didn't like (sorry) :
Her breasts are bigger then her head.
(one breast looks bigger then her head, which is a turn off for me).
But this is personal, overall great picture !

Could you give any fast info about what kind of brush you used for the skin? Do you use smudge tool or complex layering to produce the effect? I have a problem that everything has a "default brush" look to it on my paintings. How do you achieve that oily-like look?

I believe this,brush is picture.No drawing just painting as b/w..
I can give an answer like that;
Complex layering to produce the effect.I only use smudge tool in hight resulation as little as possible.
You have to find many different texture brush.
