not bad, I like were you are going I like the attention given to the colours variety of the skin, nice accesoires too. A bit more sharpness in the face / centre of attention might push it. Also I have the feeling you could push the play between bg and foreground just by adding different colour and contrast, and/or hinting contrast .

Next one will be better! i hate goin back to this one... was a pain for me! sinc i have problems with coloring in PS : )
