Hulk does not have unlimited strength. He's been beaten before. Godzilla drains entire nuclear power-plants with ease. Hulk would he a synch.

A super nuke? That'd make Godzilla super powerful. He tanked the Castle Bravo test run, which is the highest megaton nuclear-test run ever performed by the United states. A nuke big enough to kill Godzilla would literally destroy the entire planet, as he survived the permean extinction meteor, which wiped out nearly all life on the entire planet.

Doesn't matter. He still doesn't have any feats that put him on the level of hurting Godzilla.

And he drains all kinds of radiation, as evidenced by the fact that he also feeds on the earth's mantle, which isn't nuclear.

Overfeed him? Hah. The more you feed Godzilla, the bigger and badder he gets. And since when does Batman drop nukes in the first place? He'd be killing hundreds of thousands of people and irradiating the entire planet.

That's nice. Shame Godzilla will be draining his life-force. Also, Hulk starts out at being able to lift 300 tons. Anger makes him stronger. Godzilla's going to stomp the shit out of him and fry him with his atomic ray before he can even gargle out something about smashing everything.

Boy, you really don't seem to get the concept. Gasoline will not stop a fire. Nukes will not kill Godzilla. None of the Justice League has the firepower to kill Godzilla. None of them. 

Neither does Hulk.

Oh really? I suppose they said that in the comic? Because last time I checked, Hulk's strength was limited by his level of rage/excitement. He starts at around 1-300 tons lifting power base and gets stronger the madder he gets. It's literally how Marvel defines his power.

You're refering to silver-age superman. And he never destroyed a universe. He blew up a few solar systems and messed with a galaxy at one point. Don't exaggerate. And if we're counting all of Superman's feats, I'll count all of Godzilla's. So we can add surviving contact with a black hole,  flying, having electrical and magnetic powers, extreme agility and absurd strength, and the ability to survive in the earth's mantle, which is hotter than the sun and produces five times more pressure than a 50 megaton nuclear bomb, to his list of powers and feats.

No. You can't. End of story. You can't overfeed Godzilla anymore than you can ovranger Hulk.

Again, Hulk has nothing to kill Godzilla, whereas Godzilla is totally capable of killing most versions of Hulk.

Punch Godzilla? Hulk's incredible strength and small size will make the blow pretty much a needle wound which Godzilla will regenerate in about 5 seconds.

Try to throw him? He's so heavy Hulk will just sink into the ground. Or the piece hulk grabbed him by will snap or tear off from the 90,000 tons of weight on it.
