I would get on ya for using Bumblebee. However, it's a fanwork, and he's a baby dragon. I'm letting it slide, but just this once.

I agree though I can understand why he's still used cuz he's an interesting character but this one is based mostly off of the TFA version which is different in personality and kinda resembles G1 Bee more so he's not too similar to the movie Bumblebee like Prime/RID Bee is.

I'd agree with you that Prime/RID Bee is similar to Bayformer Bee. However, I have this counter argument: at least Prime/RID Bee is a developed character and not a one-note gimmick.

Not sure what you mean by "one note gimmick" but the other difference is that Prime/RID Bee got his voice back, with movie Bee we thought he got it back at the end of the first film but it kept going on till he seems to have gotten it back at the end of TLK.
