What draws the eye here is the top of the boat, with the long exposure blur the only clue it actually is a boat is from the rope attached. The deep black shadows add quite a bit of mystery as well.

thank you for the comment, i appreciate that you like the darkish look of this one. i was not sure if this mood of the picture is too depressive, but i decided to process the photo this finally...

No it's not too depressive, the darker the better in my opinion
