This is very, very nice and although I think the hair could be a bit more refined (especially on the ends), the rest of the piece is top-notch. Her face is exquisite, the hand nicely rendered and the texturing on the sweater is really good. I actually think this drawing flatters her wonderfully and she should thank you for making her look so good!

I saw it after I +faved this one. I could see where you touched the ends up some and added some lighter effects to make her look more blonde. It's a subtle difference, though. Hair is so often difficult to render naturally, eh?
It's a great drawing, nonetheless.

There's something slightly off, though, when you say it's Uma Thurman. I didn't immediately know it was her. It looks, perhaps, like a younger version of her. I think I'd like it more if you hadn't said anything about it being of her.
