Everything is translated(English and Japanese), bones, physics, morphs and materials and the Display pane is cleaned/organized.
Materials are separated and organized properly too.

Display pane and the PMX info is properly cleared! Fixed the readme's

It all takes practice and knowing whats what. If you want to do face edits I suggest this tutorial , once you get used to pmx tools and what not, changing faces won't be a problem.
Finding good tutorials can be difficult, but that's just because there's a lot of things that into pmx editor. You have to know what your looking for in order to find a decent one, like a weighing tutorial you need to know that its called "weighing".

Hey, um, I have a question: Did I delete something when using these to make my model, or can these heads bug sometimes in terms of the eye bones being...weird? Like I keep having this problem with eye bones (eyes refuse to move with the head) and I'm just genuinely curious what the hell is happening.
(I am a complete beginner when it comes to PMD and MMD)

Okay do not worry! This is a very simple fix!
It sounds like the individual eyes just need to be weighed to their respective bones.
Luckily this problem is very easy to fix, are you familiar with weighting?
