Anyway, I thought of some more stuff to tell you. I'm always surprised when people don't know some of this stuff...
Hold down the first key (or first two keys) and hit the other one to use.

Windows Keyboard combos (Used almost everywhere):
Ctrl S Save
Ctrl C Copy
Ctrl V Paste
Ctrl Z Undo
Alt Tab Switch between open windows
Alt Shift Tab Switch between open windows, cycles opposite direction
Ctrl Tab Cycles through menu options in open windows
Print Screen Copies what's shown on your screen, use Ctrl V to paste it somewhere, like into PSP or Photoshop.
Alt Print Screen Copies only the active window. Very handy.

Photoshop Elements Keyboard combos:
Ctrl + Zoom in
Ctrl - Zoom out
Alt Ctrl 0 Actual pixels

Paint Shop Pro (PSP, I have version 7, which is kinda old now, but also cheap):
Actually, PSP7 doesn't have many keyboard shortcuts. Jerks.
Shift S Resize canvas is kinda nice.
