Sahara has White Chakra with Black streaks while Tatsuo has Black Chakra with White streaks, like Yin and Yang.

Well you know how it goes with Uchiha siblings, TRAGEDY!
These two are no exception.
Tatsuo doesn't meet his sister Sahara until he is around 16 years old and Sahara 12 years old, they meet as enemies after Sahara burns down a village. Tatsuo and team 7 come running to the aid of a burning village they happened to be passing while on a different mission which leads to a short battle that for the most part Sahara controls. She soon unexpectedly flees as she is commanded to telepathically by Ira. Tatsuo does not learn she is his sister until a year later.

At the age of 12 is where Sahara first learns of who her parents are from Ira who proceeds to tell her that her Mother is a prisoner in his dungeons. This was of course a test to see how loyal she is as his weapon, Sahara did end up going to the dungeon, Karen who is now completely blind from Ira's experiments on her is unable to see her daughter who she had no contact with since the day she was born but regardless she recognizes her daughters chakra immediately and calls out to her emotionally after pleading for so long to see her she was overcome with emotion...Once she finally collects herself she realizes that Sahara's Chakra is dangerous similar to how Sasuke's was when he was consumed by revenge, though the demons that plague Sahara are not that of revenge. Karen chooses to ignore this and plead with Sahara to "escape and head to the Hidden Leaf, that Ira was using her and not to worry that her Father and Brother would take care of her once she got there" however in the end Sahara responds saying she "knows very well what she is to Ira, a weapon and a weapon is supposed to be used, a weapon has no use for foolish things like family...That they mean nothing to her". She then leaves her Mother alone in the dark dungeon, Karen was devastated and pissed off at what Ira has done to her daughter but was to weak to even hit anything to let out some anger. She doesn't give up on Sahara though, she chooses to leave Sahara's fate in Sasuke and Tatsuo's hands...
