This image brings to mind reference to the relationship between the creator and audience- in the acts of creating and consuming- or alternatively, of a more personal affliction of unrequited love. (That the subject of this particular piece is a male, rather than the artists apparently preferred female subject, could be quite telling). Either way, this image would have to relate to relationships of a relatively one sided- and thus somewhat unhealthy- nature.
When you pour out your soul on to someone, you give them all the colours in your heart, you're screaming for them to listen, and they still don't notice, they don't hear, that is heartbreaking.
The use of colour and line are particularly effective in this piece in conveying this feeling of struggle. The subject himself, black, white, naked, has been created with a minimalist approach. This acts as a rough outline for any audience member to be able place themselves into the shoes of this figure. Essentially, we are the unknown faces of the internet, the consumers, and in this age or creation, the millions of creators are struggling to be heard, despite their best efforts to impress and to share. The rainbow of colours streaking down the face acts like blood pouring down a canvas. It comes from the veins of creators who feel the need to be heard. And as viewers, we barely see part it.
This is a simple and effective piece.

First off, let me tell you, I love your work. You're a brilliant artist and have a way affecting me, as well as many other people I'm sure, with your art. Now onto the critique~
The feeling I get when I see this piece is anger, neglect almost, coupling it with the title, and it's like you're screaming at someone to look at what you do.
I think the way you paint in general is very original; I haven't seen anything like it before. It gives all of your ideas "a new coat of paint" so to speak. The message I feel that you're trying to portray is one that many artists would say, but the way you embody that feeling into a piece is just so unique and admirable.
I love your use of paint in all of your pieces. You just have a quality that makes it interesting. The way you can control the paint is far beyond me, though I am trying to learn. However, to me, the only thing I think could be better with this piece is not completing the upper body with thick, dark lines. Light grey shading would have been enough to give your piece a completed look.
Overall, I think your piece is a beautiful piece of artwork with an endearing quality and message that is very memorable.

Each one of your pieces gives such a beautiful contrast between white/black and color; and not just one or two colors, but the entire color wheel.
I think that (even though I'm sure you know already) color is definitely what moves you and makes you connected most with your pieces.
I especially love the light runs of paint at the top, gradually getting more saturated and organic toward the neck area.
This piece is a great example of how realism can meet abstraction and a harmony can exist between the two. Your definition on the neck and the ears, and the few facial features, really helps make that connection with the contour line of the body.
Another thing I love is the fact that the body and head isn't exactly symmetrical. I'm glad you made it that way because I think it really pushes the notion of the almost "fantastical" figures you create. Love them.
But I think what I take away most from this is how beautifully subtle your hue changes are in the drips; you really do wonders with the watercolor whichever way you use it, as a tone or as a texture/abstract shape.

I feel you dear one.
The perfect simplicity of this is what caught my eye, but the message caught my feeling. I love how the loose flow of color almost seems to hug the nose or the cheekbone before falling into no-it-doesn't-matter paths. And I love how generic the figure is... It could be anyone. You've managed to leave exact identity up to your viewer... It's both a tool to relate to your audience, and a built-in privacy screen, and it's beautiful.

It's deep and I love it. It's like all the colors, inspirations, and ideas from inside our heads are close to disappearing because we want someone to hear us.
