Amon Goeth from Schindler's List.I think this was an amazing picture of him.
And I remember Ralph Fiennes' eyes in the movie were piercing,
so I decided to let them bore through us.

Believe it or not, but the IRL Amon Goeth was EVEN WORSE. The SS actually executed him in part because he was mistreating the prisoners. Think about that for a moment

I like to think that Goeth is Schindler's polar opposite. in the scene where Goeth and Schindler discuss what power really means; Goeth is seen as clumsy and untidy due to him having drunk too much while Schindler is his usual self. in this way it is clear that they have very different perceptions on what power is: Goeth thinks that power is to kill innocent people to show you aren't to be trifled with (as represented in his untidy appearance which is a typical representation of brutality), while Schindler thinks that power is to not kill when you have the opportunity too, instead it is showing mercy when people least expect it (hence his neat appearance).
I get the feeling that I'm not the only one who noticed this, but it is something to think about.
