beautiful illustration, you have such an interesting way of making characters, nobody draws faces with pointy chins like that. very original, i can't wait for the colored version
i meant to ask you this while reading your comic, but i forgot: isn't it a bit weird to use someone else's OC in your works? i know that *Tankero gave you full permission to do that, but doesn't it feel intrusive? don't you feel constrained by the traits its original creator has already bestowed upon him?

No. We have used each others characters over 15 years and it doesn't bother me at all and I hope she feels the same. After all we have written stories together etc and majority of the characters are paired with the other's characters to make it all more interesting. Then again, the original picture of Veeti was almost 10 years old, so I took some freedom with it. Still I hope *Tankero would do her reversion of him too, because this is just my image of him and how I see him. It may be little confusing for some people, but if they will accept the fact that there are somewhat two creators for him with different talents(though *Tankero is always the major goddess when speaking about creating Veeti) meaning he will look always slightly different depending on whose creator's pen he has come out of, everything should be fine. And if I'd ever publish this and it would actually even sell - which I highly doubt - I'd share some of the incomes with *Tankero . Of course not much since the story and art work is fully mine, but some minor part belongs to her through Veeti - and maybe even through some other characters as well in the future, who knows? But in the end I only enjoy of using Veeti and it somehow makes it better when he's someone else's man, because it encourages me to try to make everything well so the other owner would be satisfied too. As if I'd be forced to try my very best. : DDD

well, the fact that you and *Tankero have known each other for so long makes your use of Veeti understandable, i actually find it a very good idea, because the combination of the ideas belonging to two different artists will result in the creation of a very complex character.

Tosin minun pitää napista ihan pikkiriikkisen tuosta miehen leuasta. Se on vähän liian...hyökkäävä/dominoiva.
Toisaalta kun sitä katsoo pitempään, se tuntuu sopivan tuohon kuvan kokonaisuuteen oikein hyvin. Jotenkin tuo aukko heidän kasvojen välissä näyttää niin nätiltä.
Mitenköhän nuo minun ajatukset liikkuu? Ai niin, hännät ovat hyvin komiat myös!

Se näyttää siltä aluks, itsekin tekiessä ajattelin että onkohan tää liian paljon... Mut sitten kattelin kauempaa ja silmäilin tuota hieman sydämen muotoista väliä ja aattelin et no jaa, laitetaan näin, sillä kun kuiteski on suht vahva leuka; vähän hellää liioittelua höysteenä

lol i know youre suffering XD i used to make traditional manga pictures with marker pen and after i done some dotting i could still see dots when i closed my eyes @_@ but its worthed the effort tho
