Oooh, looking veddy nice! The vibrant background looks really neat compared to the darker colors of the dragon scales and whatnot. I like how his facial structure is changing significantly from that of his normal human form, too.

at this point, i think i'd be more freaked out by the ground suddenly becoming snowy until i realized i was becoming a cold-blooded creature IN said snow XD. epic work though
