ForHe asked for His character to be turned into a feral Merfolk, with a color scheme similar to the one he already had.
The reason for the seemingly abnormal abdomen is I wanted to try to make him more serpentine then my previous merfolk.

With his colors, he should turn out to look just as beautiful, that's for sure! The more I see this, the more I want to TF and join under the water for a bit.

The colors are awesomely vibrant, and there's some good shading going on in this. The textures on the tailfeathers, especially, looks pretty cool.
