I instantly thought what it would be like if Livewire and Static Shock met ranging between epic battle of electric powers and their powers interacting with each other interestingly ranging from positive/negative polarity attraction manifesting in them being magnetically drawn to each other (physically being stuck together in a lol situation or emotionally too 
Then I had a brainwave of if she met Electrode from Spiderman and instantly thought: negative+negative= supervillain team-up or hating each other instantly.
btw it should be obvious why I label Static as Positive and Livewire and Electro as Negative.

I dunno... Livewire was an interesting character, but she seemed more like another novelty villain-of-the-week. I think that's why her fanbase is so low compared to, say, Harley Quinn.
Harley evolved into a developed character, with a backstory and a personality that made us both hate and feel for her, but Livewire more or less never moved beyond her "I'm gonna get Superman" mindset.

Ahh, yes. What Superman the Animated Series fan can forget Leslie Willis, aka Livewire? She really had it out for Superman, even working with Parasite at one point (yeah, because that was going to end well).
Actress Lori Petty really brought a punch to this character.
